Court Issues Corrected Rules for Appeals from Limited Jurisdiction Courts

The Montana Supreme Court has issued a Nunc Pro Tunc Order correcting typographical errors and inadvertent modifications in the Montana Uniform Limited Jurisdiction Court of Record Rules of Appeal to District Court.
